30 Day Mattress Comfort Guarantee

A good night’s rest may elude you if the mattress isn’t right. If you are not getting a great sleep on your new set, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery or pick-up date and we will be pleased to assist you in making a one-time reselection of another mattress set.

To qualify:

1. You must purchase a mattress protector with your new mattress, on the same invoice.
2. The mattress must be stain and odor free. (i.e. cigarette smoke, strong food odor, mold/mildew, etc.) If there is any distinct odor detected in the mattress, your 30 day sleep warranty will be void.

As it can take a period of time to get used to your new mattress, we encourage you to try the sleep set for at least 10 days before requesting a comfort guarantee.

A credit in the full amount of your mattress set purchase will be issued to be used towards another suitable mattress set. This is a one-time exchange only and you will not be refunded the purchase amount. The mattress protector cannot be exchanged or refunded. There will be a charge for the exchange, the same amount you were charged for delivery plus HST for the exchange.
